Cultivating his innate talent within this deeply musical environment, he mastered traditional instruments like the djembe and developed a high-energy dance style that would eventually define his international career.
Seeking to share the joy and therapeutic power of African rhythm with the wider world, Kela eventually relocated to Hong Kong, where he successfully bridged the cultural gap between Africa and Asia.
